As sad as I feel about not going .... again, there will always be next year. The timing and posession date of the new home just doesn't work out at all. I will also make note that tall Brian has sold his ticket and is also trying to sell mine, so let me know if anyone needs one. Peace and have a blast this year. -

Wed, August 9, 2006 - 11:12 AMWell I'm sad to say I'm now unsure if Tammy and i can go. Casey has decided that he can't make it leaving us with a big pile of shade stuff and costumes and no big truck. Plus it means SarahH who was driving down with him doesn't have a ride and therefor AaronR isn't sure and Tracey then isn't...and it just trickles along like that until that 8 or so people who were holding on to eachother going are now all unsure.
I'm pretty upset about the whole thing. Unless Tammy and I can find a RV or a Truck going down that can take some of our stuff (for $) we a bit screwed.
I know Tuula and Blythe are out along with about 15 or so of Tammys friends....
we shall see.
I may have 8 tickets to sell?

PS I'm a bit dissapointed in people not pulling it together this year....what happened to the WestCoast V team? How is it that we have never had a big group hit BM but we can get 30+ people to Soundwave? -

You can go bare bones and have a wicked time. You can go with all the stuff and have a wicked time. Put a call out. What do you need to make it happen? That means doing something that may scare the shit out of you, like going alone, or maybe even unprepared. The team will back you up if you are fully committed to doing what you want to do. Waffle about it and the team just may waffle along with you. There is nothing on this earth that can stop you from going except you. Be unreasonable, responsible and unstoppable. That's what it's all about. Choose to go or not go then do that.

We found a person to take our stuff in their truck for some $ so all should be good.
